	Thomas Wheadon, late at the Sign of the Ship in St. Martin's Lane in the City of Exeter, Victualler, Prisoner in the Goal of the said City; being inserted in a List delivered in upon Oath by the Keeper of the said Prison at the General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace held for the said City; and having petitioned one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said City, and his Warrant signed thereupon, directed to the keeper of the said Prison, (together with a Writing importing Notice thereof to all the said Prisoner's Creditors) to bring him to the next General or Quarter Sessions of the Peace, to be holden at the Guildhall of the said City on Monday the 3d of October next. to be discharged, pursuant to an Act lately passed for Relief of Insolvent Debtors, &c., and he conforming himself in all things as the Act directs, his respective Creditors are to take Notice thereof.
